Further to the Government’s recent update on COVID-19, we have taken the decision to suspend all home energy advice visits for the foreseeable future.
To replace this service, we will be delivering a telephone advice service as well as advice through our usual social media channels. We can also provide top ups for people who are struggling financially and at risk of being disconnected.
We’ll be contacting all of our participants who have already booked home visits individually.
We are reviewing the situation daily and will give regular updates.
