Cold Weather Payments triggered – February 2021
Cold Weather Payments have been triggered for the following areas of Fife;
KY4 & KY5 – 6th to 12th February
KY3, KY11 & KY12 – 7th to 13th February
This happens when the temperature drops below zero for 7 consecutive days. A nearby weather station in Edinburgh, Strathallan or Leuchars is used to trigger a payment.
If eligible you’ll receive £25 alongside your next benefit payment.
