Cosy Kingdom is a free and impartial energy advice service. Our Energy Advisors help people save energy, stay warm and reduce their carbon emissions. Our work plays a vital role in supporting people in, or at risk of, fuel poverty and makes an important contribution to tackling carbon emissions and climate change.

Part of this work involves offering training to our partner agencies operating in Fife.

Cosy Kingdom Awareness Training

We can deliver awareness training to partner organisations and agencies to help you learn about our service, spot the signs of fuel poverty and refer into our service.

This training can take up to an hour. We can deliver this training for individual organisations, for example by attending a team meeting.

Level 1 Home Energy Advice Training

Cosy Kingdom delivers Level 1 Home Energy Advice training as part of the Fife Advice Framework. This is a simple tiered approach to training in Fife. Energy advice can be complex, and misinformation can have serious consequences for individuals and families. When delivered clearly and consistently, good advice can prevent crises and ensure people manage the ongoing cost-of-living pressures.
